We are located in Santa Barbara County. A local source in priding ourselves to help the community develop and grow successfully. We offer home renovations, ground-up developments, consulting on property improvements, and general construction. Kevin Velasco / Owner
Born and raised in rural Northern Nevada on a ranch, where it is customary to stay outside. The rural ranch lifestyle gave me the know-how and intrigued me to figure out how things worked and how they were made. Building in general was always a passion of mine, I loved making/building all things from legos, to building sheds, to working on my parents home.
This led me to pursue a career in Architecture. After high school graduation I moved to Reno, NV where I received my Associates of Arts in Architecture. I then transferred to San Diego where I obtained my Bachelor’s in Architecture. Shortly thereafter, I moved to Santa Barbara to work under an Architect. Once there I completed my intern development program (idp) hours in pursue of my licensure. I am currently on path to complete my exams and attain my licensure in architecture.
In order to achieve my goals of Design and build I have acquired my General Contractors License. Enabling me to provide unified project recommendations to fit the Owner's schedule and budget. Any changes are addressed in house, leading to collaborative problem-solving, innovation, less errors, and more customer communication.
